I first heard about Chef Vicky Clemente’s beautiful place back in 2011. I’ve celebrated my 32nd birthday there in February 2012 and it was truly magical- both the food and the place.
My birthday celebration back in 2012
For my youngest son’s 2nd birthday, I suggested on having his birthday back at Mama’s table since his birthday landed on Black Saturday and we were really planning to spend Holy Week in Baguio. I searched the web for birthday cake suppliers (since Goldilocks Greenhills was going to be closed for Good Friday -the day we leave for Baguio) and am pleased to have discovered Cakes & Cupcakes By Yvonne. She made Noah this really cute Cars cake and some cupcakes.
Chef Vicky’s place was just as how I remembered it…
Then it was time four our meal…
Mama’s Table is truly a place I look forward to visiting every time I’m in Baguio. But her place isn’t a restaurant, it is really her home in which she welcomes families/ small parties one group at a time. You’ll have to reserve way ahead to make sure she’ll be able to accommodate you. If you decide to have dinner there, be sure to arrive at 5pm for you to be able to enjoy the view.
Thank you so much Chef Vicky for another wonderful dining experience in such a beautiful setting.
