Three beauty powerhouse hosted a fabulous dinner to celebrate a wonderful 2016 and to kick off 2017 with a bang: Make Up For Ever, Dior and Benefit.
The venue: 210° Kitchen + Drinkery
Honored to be sharing a table with these people: definitely exciting times for the beauty industry
Benefit Cosmetics’ General Manager for Southeast Asia and India Victor Saint-Pere, Jenni Epperson, Make Up For Ever’s Lyra Importante, Dior’s Lenny Tiongson, Benefit’s Donna Shaw, Benefit Cosmetics’ Regional Director for Asia Pacific Jacques Gouallou, and Luxasia’s Country Manager Mutya Buensuceso
The menu:
Homemade Marinated Salmon (salmon marinated for 36 hours, garnished with pickles, capers, Parisian sauce, and button mushrooms)
The Egg (an organic egg cooked at 48 degrees, served in potato mousse and ham powder)
Pork Belly (marinated with Columbus spices roasted in the Rotisserie)
A Tiramisu Taste Alike (light coffee pastry cream, Amaretto ice cream, cinnamon crumble, dehydrated chocolate mousse, meringue stick and vanilla Calisson)
I went around to say hi, and got to take a few photos since I was in great company 🙂
Make Up For Ever’s Lyra Important, Treena Epilespia, Cat Arambulo-Antonio, and Peewee Reyes-Isidro
Geolette Esguerra, Celina and Tasha of Benefit

Of course, for posterity and because the food was so divine… Metro’s Geolette Esguerra and I had to have our photo taken with Chef William Mahi 🙂
