Last month, I got invited to a special project launch by Century Tuna at Tomatito in Bonifacio Global City:
How adorable are these stuffed baby tunas?
Host Gelli Victor kicked off the event with an introduction about the get fit journey offering of the brand’s online website, www.superbods.ph. It’s a video and online content that aims to push health to everyone. Everyone can follow an online series of a celebrity who wants to lose weight and is in need of a lifestyle overhaul. Uploaded videos will show the journey over 12 weeks with the help of 3 experts, and these mentors will guide him with discipline and guidance. Followers are encouraged to join and follow online journey.
For this first celebrity journey, Raymond Gutierrez is the willing guinea pig. Known for his on-and-off weight loss, I am curious as to how the three experts can help him keep his ideal weight for the long haul.

Nadine Tengco, who looks amazing for a 50-year-old (can you believe it?) is assigned to be the nutrition coach. She believes that a big change in lifestyle will work wonders. You can’t just go to the gym and lose weight. One of the country’s top food coach and health chef, even a book author that includes the Century Superbod Abs Plan and the Superbod Abs Diet books, Raymond is sure to be in good hands.

Then came fitness coach Arnold Aninion, a Filipino Volcano Rugby player who has evolved into a men’s physique athlete and transformation coach. We can’t wait to see what customized exercises he has in store for.

The third mentor is Erwan Heussaff. We all know how he lost weight. Hence, the name Fat Kid Inside. Magic 89.9 DJ Toni Toni asked: how do you control what you eat when you’re travelling abroad? Check out his answer:
And, lastly, Raymond Gutierrez, whose journey is actually ongoing. The video below shares how he has been controlling his food/calorie intake:
“I go to the gym but my body stays the same.” “I don’t know how to cook.” “I’m too busy.” We’ve all used these excuses at one point in our lives. But, really, you make time for it. You find a way to stick to it. There really is no excuse and it takes a lot of commitment.
