If you love the the popular Greek resto Cyma, you’ll surely enjoy Souv. Souv is actually short for Souvlaki, their menu revolves around 3 meats- chicken , pork , and lamb. Quite modern and healthy, Chef Robby Goco uses the freshest ingredients (all are made from scratch in house) and adheres to Greek philosophy cooking of good fat, healthy grains, lots of fiber , low sugar and carbs.
They also have a wide range of choices for starters- mezzes from dips to spinach and clam fondue. Chef Robby tweaked the popular Roka Salata (of Cyma) into a very healthy and tasty Kinoa Salata for Souv.

For lunch, you can choose their roastings as a wrap, salad, or bowl served with your choice of side. You may design your meal based on your diet plan- vegan, paleo, ketogenic, or gluten free 😉

Souv also offers big plates for sharing- assorted meat platter, Greek Paella, Angus beef short rib, grilled whole fish with extra virgin oil and lemon emulsion.
Their dishes are perfectly paired with modern day Greek libations (my favorite is the Santorini Donkey) and everyday wines that are affordable 🙂
